We have had a travel arrangements relationship with Kristy for the past 5 years. 
Kristy makes time to meet with us as we plan our trips. She listens carefully and adds value to our plans. She has sound knowledge and advice to help arrange the best experiences for us.

The travel Kristy has planned with us has included travel in South America; Caribbean; USA and Canada; Europe including Ireland and Europe (including Canal boat self-drive fun in France). 
Kristy is flexible and hasn’t ever minded as we refine our plans or change them along the way. 
We have always had accommodation that meets our standards and needs during the trips. 
Kristy has had to deal remotely with cancellations of flights in some unusual destinations for us as we slept, and we wake up to a solid plan to overcome the challenge. 
She is quick to communicate any changes with us due to circumstances with airlines or countries. 
We highly recommend Kristy for your travel plans. The peace of mind is amazing!

I first met Kristy in 2018 while she was still working for Travelcom at Mt Maunganui.  I had booked a golf tour through ParNZ in South Aftrica in 2019, and I wanted to add some extra places prior to the golf tour.  So in with my list I went, and Kristy was amazing.  My list was travel from Johannesburg to Chobe River in Botswana, a stopover at Nairobi in Kenya, on to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, then Zanzibar in Tanzania, Mauritius, Praslin Island in the Seychelles, and finally back to Johannesburg in South Aftrica.  I was a tour of one person for two weeks.  Everything was organised by Kristy and it was seamless.  I was met at airports, transferred where I was supposed to go, and absolutely nothing went wrong.  It was a fantastic experience. 
Since that trip Kristy has organised flights for me on various occasions to Europe (x3), Asia, Canada, Tasmania, Middle East, & Japan.  And during that time Covid came and went, travel changed, prebooked tours to play golf were put on hold for a year or two, and Kristy was always helpful about sorting these changes for me.
While some of these trips were golf tours, I generally tried to add on extras, which always were amazing.  Croatia tacked on to the end of a European golf trip was superb.  Egypt, Jordan and Istanbul were also amazing experiences.  I once had to cope with missing a flight out of Istanbul through to Cairo due to the late arrival of the flight to Istanbul.  A bit scary for a woman on her own, but a phone call to Kristy and all was sorted. 
I can’t speak highly enough of Kristy’s organisational skills for my travel requests.  Her knowledge of places and help with such mundane things as how much to tip guides, drivers, waiters, porters etc so you are doing the right thing in foreign countries where English is not their main language is just another of the things that she gives great advice on.
I can highly recommend Kristy as a great ‘go-to’ agent to organise your travel.  You won’t be disappointed.
