Does it cost me more to use a personal travel expert?

I collaborate with a diverse range of suppliers, each offering unique specialties, which allows me to frequently offer exclusive deals and savings to my clients. When you book through me, I earn commission from the supplier, so it doesn't come out of your pocket.

Unfortunately, many people nowadays take advantage of a travel advisors time and expertise to plan their ideal holiday but then proceed to book it themselves. As a result, it has become customary for travel advisors to implement a booking fee. I charge a Trip Planning fee upfront when you request a quote, however, unlike other travel advisors, I deduct this fee from your final balance when you book.

Can you help with complicated flight itineraries?

Yes! I am trained to understand the different airlines, stopovers, and connections. I can decipher complex flight schedules and find you the most cost-effective options for your travel saving you time and managing any unforeseen changes, such as cancellations, delays or missed connections.

Should I get travel insurance?

I highly recommend you get travel insurance because it’s important to protect your trip investment and your loved ones. Some destinations now require proof of travel insurance. I work with various travel insurance providers, so can compare policies and then recommend the best option for you.

Will I be able to contact you while I am away?

Why should I book my cruise with a CLIA Agent?

I am a member of the CLIA (Cruise Line International Association), the world’s largest cruise industry trade association. Travel advisors who have completed training with the CLIA are certified, so we have first-hand experience and have undergone extensive training. Today, there are so many cruise options and each cruise brand boasts its own unique personality.
I work with you to ensure I match you with the perfect ship, itinerary, cabin type and location for an unforgettable experience.

Do I need a visa?

Possibly! It depends where you are going and where you need to transit through. Having the necessary credentials can save you a lot of heartache when traveling, especially where you may need to communicate in different languages. I can advise on visa requirements and assist with applying if required.

What about vaccinations?

I can't give them to you. But , depending on where you're going, I can advise which ones you need and where to get them.
